At Oralux Dental, we strive to provide exceptional dental care and prioritise the needs of all our patients. In order to ensure the smooth operation of our practice and to accommodate as many patients as possible, we have implemented the following

Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

Appointment Confirmation: All appointments at Oralux Dental are considered confirmed 48 business hours (2 working days) prior to the scheduled appointment time unless we are informed otherwise.

Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 business hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need of dental care.

Late Cancellation Fee: In the event of a late cancellation or rescheduling made within 48 business hours of the scheduled appointment time, Oralux Dental reserves the right to charge a late cancellation fee of $200.

No-Show Fee: A “no-show” refers to a situation where a patient fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notification. No-shows greatly impact our ability to serve our patients effectively and result in wasted time and resources. Therefore, we reserve the right to charge a fee of $200 for missed appointments.
