Wearing your aligners
Take your aligners out to eat and drink. Brush your teeth and put the aligners back again.
For best result, wear your Invisalign aligners for 20 to 22 hours.
Teen’s aligners will have blue compliance indicator to ensure that they are wearing them enough.

Getting new sets of aligner
Each set of aligners can be used for one to two weeks as prescribed by the doctor.
Doctors checkups can be scheduled every six to eight weeks for the progress and pickup next batch of aligners.
Wearing the new aligners may feel little discomfort at first which is completely normal.
Cleaning your aligners
Rinse your aligners every night and brush them gently with your toothbrush to keep them fresh and clean.
